I love these boards. They have carved out a small niche for me. They are very fast and will surprise you with there hold. They are not some of the fat tailed quad monstrosities I have seen out there. I got some great color separation on the resin swirls. Its in Longbeach surf shop If you have to have it! I ride a 5'8 on most days so ride one 4 inches smaller than your shortboard or ride it a little bigger and get some cruizzzyy style.
Girvin Surfboards are made one at a time, by hand, by me. Using a mix of old school resin tinting and modern shapes Girvin surfboards are where design meet function. There is still a craft to surfboard building....

6'1 EGG!

I rode one of David's quad egg's (5'6") at Sunset Cliffs on a fun head-high day. The board paddled really well and turned on a dime. Dave's right, they hold really well too. Get some juice behind these little boards and they just fly. Can't wait to try one his Bonzer's.
